The contact stated that there was a recent recall for the saddle bag and his was replaced; however, the failure recurred. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact stated that while driving approximately 40 MPH, the rear brakes failed to respond upon engagement. The front brakes were operable and stopped the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer for inspection where a bleeding of the brakes was performed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the defect. The approximate failure mileage was 10. Updated 10/29/13 the consumer stated the lower panel covers were falling off. Updated 10/30/2013”
