“I recently purchased, 9/12/2025, a 2025 Harley FLTRX. The turn signals operate erratically. When approaching a turn I energize the appropriate turn signal and it may or may not stay on for more than 3-4 seconds before reaching the turn. I am trying to concentrate on the traffic and not looking to see if my turn signal is still energized. I recently had a near miss with another vehicle due to this issue. I spoke to the dealership and Harley Davidson Motor Company and they are not aware of any turn signal issues. …”
NHTSA complaint #11693393, filed 2025-10“Turn signal buttons require two pushes to activate after a pass. For example, when passing I activate the left signal with one push. As I complete the pass, I press the right signal to merge back into the lane, but it only cancels the left signal. I have to press the right signal button a second time to activate the right signal. It will work with one button press if the other signal is not activated. This signal button activation should be single press no matter if the other signal is activated or not. Seems like a simple software update to me. …”
