“The contact owns a 2017 Haul Master Utility Trailer. After calling and visiting several harbor freight locations, including the store located at 30 commercial st. #2, medford, ma, the contact was repeatedly informed that replacement parts for NHTSA campaign number: 17v638000 (tires) were coming soon; however, no parts were available. After notifying the manufacturer, the contact was directed back to the local dealers. The VIN and the tire information were not available. The contact had not experienced a failure.”
