“Cpsc: 2015 Heartland Bighorn wheel: consumer stated when the technicians replaced a cooling unit on a norcold refrigerator that leaked sodium chromate, the coolant unit blew up as it was being removed. Three of the technicians were taken to the hospital for emergency treatment for exposure to sodium chromate.”
