“I purchased my 2015 Honda cross tour (new) as hold over. My car has 40,000 miles on it, I have serviced my vehicle faithfully. I brought my vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation and was told my tires are completely worn down. This is my second set of tires. The first set was completely worn down by 20,000, I was then told it was because they were factory tires. I purchased very good tires and was told again they are completely worn down. This is wrong.”

NHTSA complaint #11042848, filed 2017-11, 19,800 miles

“Vehicle did not start x2, with typical starter-related grinding noise. Honda has a starter problem in a model year with a documented service campaign for starter problems. Apparently my VIN is not included in the campaign. Service bulletin TSB 16-002”
