“Dt: the caller would like to report odomerter fraud 1993 Honda delsol. The caller states that she noticed that on the carfax report her car that she just bought on july 13, 2005 had 140,000 miles on it. But it was sold to her with only 110,000 miles on. Bought the car from a private seller, and I had not been to get in touch with him as of now, to find out if he knows any information on this matter. I have not contacted the police or insurance company, but plan to contact the police, insurance company and loan company.”
