“When I attemtped to turn on the high beams on my 1997 Honda accord, the drivers side would not turn on. I went to an auto parts store to replace the bulb, but the bulb had not burned out. After investigating, I have determined that the problem lies within the electrical system and is not from a blown fuse. The passenger side high beam works fine.”
