The contact stated that while accelerating at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle inadvertently accelerated, the contact then stated that he depressed the brake pedal however, the vehicle failed to stop. As a result, the vehicle crashed into a tree. The contact sustained an injury to the head that required medical attention at the ER. At the time of the crash, the contacts two children were in the vehicle. A police report was not filed. The vehicle was towed to the contact’s residence by the contact’s tractor. As the contact struggled to release himself, his girlfriend who was also on the motorcycle, made three separate attempts to release the seat belt and was finally successful on the third attempt. …”
