2019: “The seal on the clutch slave cylinder failed, preventing me from shifting out of gear, into neutral to effect a safe stop. I was riding my motorcycle at the time and had trouble stopping. I had to stall the engine while riding to stop. When the motorcycle did stop, it was not a controlled stop and the motorcycle nearly fell over.”
