“The contact owns a 2013 Hyundai Elantra Coupe. The contact stated while driving 30 MPH, the contact heard an abnormal sound and became aware that the vehicle had lost motive power. The check engine warning light was illuminated. The vehicle had not been diagnosed by an independent mechanic or dealer. The vehicle had not been repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 160,000.”
