“The contact owns a 2015 Hyundai Elantra. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the driver's side head rest failed to remain in the downward position. As a result, the contact was unable to see the rear window in order to reverse. The failure recurred on numerous occasions. The vehicle was taken to the dealer. The technician was unable to diagnose or repair the vehicle. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 8.”
