Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.
“The seatback in my third row was reclined and failed to return to an upright position when attempted to be folded. Additionally, I observed that the belt buckle was damaged, which resulted in a cut wire within the buckle mechanism. Safety concern: It is strictly prohibited to permit any individual to occupy the third row. The vehicle remains under the custody of the dealership and its service department. Despite having possession of the vehicle for two months, no replacement or acquisition of the required part has been completed. No warnings or messages about the buckle.”
