“These tires were purchaed on a new vehicle (factory tires) and have been rotated regularly, documentation available. The tread life/wear on the tire is premature. The vehicle has a 60,000 mile warrantly according to kumho's website. I was informed during my last tire rotation that this would be last before needing new tires. The vehicle has 37,900 miles when I was told this information on 4/2/18. The tire wear/life on these tires is evidently premature and I am requesting replacment tires or a pro-rated refund/credit.”
