“I was driving a New 2024 Venue Model car by Hyundai when the electronic system of the car failed or dropped dead and I almost caused a collision. The dash board light iluminated and said start the car in neutral or park. I did this. 3 times the car started sputtered and stopped. Sputtered and stopped. Horns blasting, I had to get out of harms way to avoid a colilsion. I could have been killed. I jeopardized the safety and the life or lives of others on the highway. I will never be the same after this traumatic near accident. …”

The contact stated that on a separate occasion, while the vehicle was at the dealer for a maintenance check, the contact was informed that rodents had chewed through the wiring coating and that the fuel line was leaking. The contact was informed that half of the heat shield was gone. The dealer replaced the fuel line and the exhaust line. …”
