“The fix for recall NHTSA campaign number: 14v415000 failed in less than two years. The head gasket leak apparently returned and created an alternator failure that LED to a loss of power and acceleration on the highway and eventual stall out. The vehicle was repaired, but I incurred costs associated with a new battery and the deductible on my service contract. The resolution of the recall needs to be investigated for failure.”

In november 2014 I had the front valve cover replaced under a recall because it was leaking. It recently started leaking again. When I called the dealership, they said that there was no recall on my vehicle and that I would have to pay for the repair. I writing to inform you that this is still an issue. My vehicle only has 63k miles on it, all maintenance is performed on or ahead of schedule and is garage kept. I paid for the repair out of pocket at a repair shop other than the dealer. …”
