“Vehicle doors are swinging open while driving with no warning. Door does not then latch close. This has happened with multiple doors at various times. All times passengers were seated where the door has swung open, including adults and children. We contacted the dealership multiple times without any concern or help with the issue. Was told our sales person no longer is with them. Prior to purchasing the vehicle we had a concern getting the vehicle to the dealer for service due to living out of state. We were told they would come get the vehicle for service. …”
