“Driver seat track. White nylon gear stripped, this will cause the seat not to go back and forwards. Dealer will not warranty the work, but is willing to sell customer a new seat track costing us $1400 for repairs. I am not the only person that has this problem.”

Infinity only replaced the entire track - there is an option to replace the plastic gear head which is bad at a cost for part of 65.00. Infinity is not replacing the broken part forcing you to buy the entire track. The seat does not move causing back pain and improper position making the driving of the car dangerous with pedal and leg issue to use properly.”
