“The Infiniti's first generation FX35 are know to have melting dash because Infiniti used inferior materials. Its melting and poses a safety hazard while driving. Infiniti, nissan has acknowledged there was a problem, but did not do a proper recall such as toyota for their same issue with their melting dashes.”
NHTSA complaint #11340663, filed 2020-07, 75,000 miles“Unknown - I'm not sure if im even in the right place to even complain about this , but I have a 2008 infinity FX35 and 3 out of the 4 outside door handles have just literally fell off in my hand and they all fell off like with in 3 weeks of each other .so now I have 1 remaining outside door handle that works. And I can't afford to fix them . And I'm just worried that if I get into a car accident that the rescue personnel will not be able to open any of my doors to help whoever is in my car. Well soon I will have to get in and out of my car thru the trunk . …”
