“The contact owns a 2003 Infiniti FX45. The contact stated the fuel tank sensor sending unit failed. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who stated they had to repair two sending units which was not under recall or warranty. The contact had to pay for labor and parts. The manufacturer stated there was no recall and offered no additional assistance. The failure mileage was 52,045.”
