  Reported issue: Vehicle description: passenger vehicles originally sold or currently registered in the following states: connecticut, delaware, illinois, indiana, iowa, maine, maryland, massachusetts, michigan, minnesota, new hampshire, new jersey, new york, ohio, pennsylvania, rhode island, vermont, west virginia, wisconsin, and the district of columbia.   Possible consequence: Fuel leakage in the presence of an ignition source can result in a fire.

  Remedy: Dealers will inspect the fuel filler tube and replace the tube with a new one. Any other components of the fuel filler tube assembly which are damaged or deteriorated will also be replaced.
