“Traveling an tire sensor came on indicating low air pressure. Pull to the emergency lane on bridge on I-55 in louisiana to find nothing wrong. While on the shoulder another car passed with road debris damaging my car. I see a recall for the sensor yet the state of louisiana is not identified for the recall. Can you tell me how louisiana was not included in the tire sensor recall and can you help me get the sensors replaced? I also see many comments of the headlights not be set correctly and I struggle with the low beam view of the highway.”
NHTSA complaint #10559093, filed 2014-01, 89,000 miles“2008 M35 base front end alignment. When driving on uneven roads the front end of the car jumps, rattles and slips. It happens constantly and consistently on uneven or freeways with the grooves (california) at 55 plus miles per hour. The steering is so harsh that the car has to slow down or move to more even road. The road does not have to be that uneven for the problem to occur. New tires and front end alignment only partially fix the problem. But the issue is still evident. On rainy days the problem is worse.”
NHTSA complaint #10361810, filed 2010-10, 55 miles“Seems to be a common problem with Infiniti m35x (just all wheel drives) with tramlining. Car dangerously jerks as tires track into hwy grooves and pavement grooves. The problem generally goes away if the goodyear rsa tires are replaced with certain other brand tires. Infiniti ignores all requests to repair or address the problem. In some cases, like mine, the steering rack was replaced but that only solved part of the problem. I have read about many others with similar complaints. This occurs each time the car is driven.”
NHTSA complaint #10304318, filed 2010-02“My car, a 2008 Infiniti m35x, exhibited extreme tramlining (poor road tracking) on initial drive. The car would wander all over a lane when riding on a resurfaced tar line or similar. It was more severe at higher speeds. Complaint to the dealer resulted in an immediate tire replacement, from goodyear eagle rs-a to michelin primacy mxv4 which resulted in somewhat better road response, but still quite severe and noticeable even at low speeds. This is not acceptable performance from any car, let alone one that costs more than $50,000. …”
