“11/7/15 around 7-8pm. I (6' 250lb male) was driving home from lisbon, oh / to canton, oh. My fianc (5'6 200lb female) was sitting in the passenger seat, and our daughter (2 1/2yr old 28lb) sitting directly behind her in her car seat. When out of the corner of my eye I noticed a yellow light come on (while going 45-55mph). When I realized it was the light showing the passenger seat empty. I had my fianc take a picture of the dash so I would have proof for Infiniti of akron. Though due to the fact she could not also get herself into the picture. …”

About half the time the system will activate when she gets in the car and about half the time it stays off. I brought the car into service at the dealership and they report the system is operating within specifications. I contacted Infiniti but my discussions were extremely disappointing. They deny there is a problem with the car. They state that it is due to the occupant not sitting correctly. …”
