“The contact owns a 2003 Infiniti QX4. While driving over 45 MPH, the front end of the vehicle shook and vibrated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was discovered that the engine cradle was cracked due to rusting and corrosion. The manufacturer was notified of the failure.
