“There is a rattling or knocking noise coming from the engine, and the vehicle experiences a loss of power whenever I accelerate. While driving, the collision warning symbol was flashing on the dashboard. The vehicle was inspected by an Infiniti dealership, and their diagnosis was that no metal debris was found in the engine oil pan, but the VCR actuator needs to be replaced. I also took the vehicle to an independent repair shop specializing in Infiniti vehicles. …”

“We’ve taken the vehicle to two different Infiniti dealerships (Sewell and Crest) multiple times due to engine rattling, vibration noises, and propulsion issues. Unfortunately, we haven’t received any resolution or fix for these problems. We tried to upload a video with sound as reference but the platform doesn’t allow us to. We experienced similar issue that resulted in total engine failure on the highway with our children in the car in our Yukon Denali. We are fearful that something similar will occur. Please Help!!!”

After the engine replacement I’ve received my vehicle back and I’ve been having issues where my vehicle suddenly got jammed while I was driving in my community. I called my dealer again and they took the car, fixed it and sent it back. …”
