“am filing this complaint regarding a serious safety incident involving my leased 2025 INFINITI QX60 and INFINITI’s response to the incident. While the vehicle was parked, the second-row seat was being manually operated when a child’s foot became trapped within the seat mechanism. The child’s foot could not be released despite repeated attempts. The child remained trapped for approximately one hour, and 911 was called for assistance. Emergency responders ultimately had to remove/dismantle the second-row seat in order to free the child. …”
