“I experienced a cataclysmic failure of the airbag system. This occurred february 15, 2016, at 143pm, northbound i5, orange county, california. The driver curtain airbag and seat mounted side-impact airbag deployed while I was driving at 65 MPH in the carpool lane. There was no collision. There was no indication of any warning symbols on the dashboard.”
