Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“While driving my Infiniti QX80, 2025 model, the driver's side mirror is constantly shaking and vibrating, especially on uneven roads or at speeds over 40–50 mph. The vibration blurs the mirror, making it impossible to see clearly and posing a safety risk. I brought this to the dealer, but they could not resolve the issue. They replaced the mirror, yet it did not help and actually made the vibration worse. Now they claim this is normal and that nothing can be done. However, the vibration is constant and unacceptable for safe driving. I request further investigation and resolution.”
