Summary

The Office of Defects Investigation (ODI) received a petition on July 28, 2026, requesting a defect investigation to “determine if a structural failure of the landing gear support system is related to or within the scope of Recall 24V637, determine if the scope of 24V637 should be expanded, and to determine if Recall 18E059 presents a related weld-fatigue failure as the landing gear failure”.
