New flyer corrected the left front radius rod bolts on certain transit buses, but failed to file a defect report with the agency.new flyer has agreed to file a defect report with odi.this investigation is closed.no further use of agency resorces does not appear warranted.the agency reserves the right to take further action when appropriate.
