“This truck has developed an intermitten starting problem. Ambient temperture seems to have some bearing on the frequency of the occurance, for example when I visited colorodo having much lower temperature than in south texas, I had zero occurances and when I returned to high 80 plus tempuratures the problem has become a daily if not every restart inconvience. Having to wait from 10 to 20 mins. Befor trying to restart the engine. Once started it runs like a top even restarting immediately after accidental clutch dump stall issues. …”

“I took my 2007 Isuzu I-290 truck into dealer back in dec. Of 2010 because the reduce power light came on and was only able to drive about 15 miles/hr. While driving or idling the engine would just kill. Still under warranty with approx 68,000 miles, I took it into the dealer for repairs, all they did was change the camshaft actuator. 5 months later, I started experiencing the same issues. Diagnostic readings came back that sensors needed changing. I replaced both sensors but it did not resolve the problem and eventually the engine killed and would not restart. …”
