“Tried to get tires rotated mechanic refused because they break off and I could be stuck in the middle of nowhere unable to change my tire without replacing all the studs which would be very costly of which I could not afford the cost of replacement and now have to worry if I do get a flat am I going to be stuck somewhere and not have to money to replace them.”

I was in 5:30pm traffic and felt that the car was not riding correctly I decided to exit the freeway and when I did I lost half of the tread. I still have the tire in my car. I drove immediatley to a local firestone dealer and the best they would do is pro-rate my another bridgestone dueler tire. I'm stuck because these tires are not in the recall and should be!! Now I have to pay for a new set of tires. …”
