“The left and right side windows failed to roll up and down on their own. The driver noticed that both windows fell off track, and the driver tried to pull up the windows but failed to do so. The consumer drove the vehicle to the dealer for inspection, and the mechanic determined that the window needed replacement. The seat belt did not retract and the chrome wheels were peeling and were replaced.”
