“I was driving near fm 1960, my steering was very stiff and the car turned off while driving. I had it towed across town to my moms house which was closer than my home. The car has been towed to Jaguar where they have stated this malfunction is not recall related. They were rude and non helpful. We believe this malfunction is ibdeed recall related.”
NHTSA complaint #11290958, filed 2019-12, 87,000 miles“Loud popping noise followed by low coolant message flashing and white smoke vehicle lost power and steering became difficult while driving until vehicle refused to go as I tried to pull into a gas station the vehicle became disabled, and caused a single vehicle crash, and the bumper and driver head light which I just paid to repair is no good as a result, and police had to use their patrol cars in order to push me out of the middle of a busy intersection (took about 15 mins for response) had to wait 5and a half hours to have the vehicle towed home, vehicle does not re start. …”
