“The contact owns a 2014 Jaguar XJ. The contact stated that after driving and coming to a complete stop, the vehicle failed to accelerate for approximately 30 seconds. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for a diagnosis three times, but the failure was unable to be duplicated. The contact stated that the failure occurred five times. The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 28,000. Updated 07/18/17”

The contact sustained severe headaches that did not require medical attention. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 24,748. The VIN was unavailable.”
