“The contact owns a 2020 Jayco Eagle travel trailer. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V425000 (Equipment). The contact stated that the furnace was not operating properly, and the contact had to switch propane tanks. The dealer was made aware of the recall but informed the contact that parts were on backorder. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure but provided no assistance. Parts distribution disconnect.”
