2017: “Wheels rubbing bottom of camper, rv is to heavy to stop with factory installed brakes. Invalid VIN consumer jayco has replaced our springs, we asked for an axle upgrade but they declined. Its truly an epidemic with these heavy rv units rolling out of production without the right equipment.”

NHTSA complaint #11232128, filed 2019-07, 2,000 miles

2020: “The body is cracking and we are concerned that it is being caused by a frame problem. We contacted Jayco when we noticed the crack and they basically told us that sorry for the crack but you are out of warranty and we can’t help you. They are 100% aware of these issues and should be fixed at their expense regardless of warranty.”
