“On May 24, 2021 we received a notification from Dometic Corporation in reference to a problem with the stove in our Rv. There is a gas leak in the stove and a remedy kit needs to be attained. The customer has to do pretty much all of the leg work. The stove has to be taken apart to attain the Model and Serial numbers to see if they match from list given. A picture of the information needs to be emailed along with a form to attained a remedy kit. …”

“I bought a 2019 jayco jayflight, travel trailer, model 29bhdb. My slide out has a manufacturing defect that is also a safety and a legal issue as well; because the hole to insert a crank to manually operate the slide should it fail is blocked by the tank, so if the slide should fail there is no way to manually retract it, which means that I would have to drive with my slide extended if that should happen, that is a safety issue and a legal issue because it is an offense to drive with your slide extended, but I would have to drive to a repair shop to have that fixed if I cannot retract the…”

“Our RV experienced frame failure twice. It was repaired by the rv facility the first time as it was under warranty. 2nd time it was not. This is a widespread and ongoing issue on Lippert frames and needs to be on a recall. The danger of a 45ft 5th wheel frame breaking on a major freeway could be catastrophic.”
