“The contact owns a 2020 Jayco Travel Trailer. The contact stated while driving approximately 60 mph, the vehicle started to fishtail and almost resulted in an accident. The vehicle was diagnosed with needing the leaf spring replaced. The RV was repaired. The manufacturer was informed of the failure but offered no assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 500.”

There was an abnormal creaking sound coming from the RV while reversing. The vehicle was taken to the local service center, and it was determined that the rear spring holder had separated from the frame causing the rear axle to wobble. The contact stated that the RV was previously rewelded because of the cracks in the front passenger’s side axle. …”
