“The contact owns a 2010 Jeep compass. The contact stated that the windshield wiper arm rubber protector was worn, as a result it was scratching the glass and obstructing her view. The vehicle was taken to dealer who stated that the windshield wipers only last a year and should be replaced. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure and current mileage was 21,000.”
