2019 Jeep Renegade Seats Problems

“On July 21, 2023, I was vigorously hit in the rear by someone. According to the police report, this person's airbags deployed. Unfortunately, my airbag, although hit extremely hard, did not. I was injured pretty bad and had to get treatment for over a year. I am still not completely healed. I was uneasy about my airbag not deploying and was sent a safety recall notice explaining why it did not. To resolve the issue, the manufacturer is offering free repair of my vehicle. This is not sufficed, and I demand pain and suffering along with medical help. …”

“I am a loyal customer of chrysler owning 4 including including 2 cars in the last 20 months and on 1/4/2020 filed my first warranty claim that was denied by chrysler. The problem was the drivers seat that adjusts manually is stuck and will not adjust. Chrysler claims that because the cause of the problem is something was placed under the seat causing it to get stuck, it is not covered and wants $900 to fix it. My problem is that everyone puts stuff under their front seats and myself and everyone I know has had no problems. …”
