“On sunday 1/17/21, my daughter's husband leased a car from the dealer listed above. He leased a 2021 fully loaded Jeep Renegade after only two days of having the car, we got the warning on the dash that said stereo system unavailable . This malfunction caused all safety features to turn off as well as the special kenwood sound system that we paid extra for as a part of the luxury group add on. My husband looked into the issue himself and it stated that it had been going on in this car since the 2018 model. The next time he got into the car, it worked perfectly fine. …”

“The screen for the control panel is going out. I have researched online and at least 100 other people are having the same issue. This screen plays a big part in the safety features available on the vehicle. I believe that Jeep should look further into this issue. If it were one or two vehicles, yes, that's isolated. The fact remains s that is an issue that begins at the factory.”
