“On January 8, 2024, while increasing my speed from 25mph to 35mph, my parking brake automatically engaged and brought my car to a stop in the middle of the road. I quickly turned the car off and back on, and because there were no warning lights or obvious issues, continued to drive. After I increased my speed above 35mph, 3 warning lights were on the dash: Service airbag system, service auto park brake, and start/stop unavailable. I took my vehicle to a local dealership where they diagnosed the issue as a faulty seatbelt sensor. They replaced the seatbelt buckle on January 9, 2024. …”

NHTSA complaint #11583976, filed 2024-04

“I purchased the vehicle at 15 miles and about 2 months after purchase while driving, the front collision warning light came on and there was no reason why the light came on. I took it to the draler and was told it will take some time to find out the problems, needed to leave my car and would not providr a loaner or rental. 6 days go, the seatbelt sign, emergency brake, parking break, airbag, and automatic break light all turn on when I start the vehicle. However yesterday as I was driving, all the lights turned on. The seatbelt sound also turns on even though I am wearing my seatbelt. …”

NHTSA complaint #11492251, filed 2022-11

“There is something wrong with this jeep. I keep getting collision messages four-wheel-drive pops on and off on its own and randomly states that it needs to be serviced. The Jeep is hard to accelerate randomly on highway speeds going over 45. The Jeep also drives like a boat despite your front end or back in issues, new tires, etc.. The oil light comes on even when all light is changed it goes in limp mode, which is dangerous the vehicle keeps requiring software updates. …”

NHTSA complaint #11756685, filed 2026-08

“The “Forward Collision Warning” system failed while actively driving on the highway. The vehicle has less than 200 miles on the odometer. The vehicle has been checked into service for a possible failed module.”
