“2008 Kawasaki concours motorcycle. This vehicle produces an unbearable amount of engine heat which by manufacturer design in directed onto the operator. This excessive heat is capable of producing blisters and burns- especially in the ship and knee area of the right leg. I'm also concerned that the heat will cause the operator to pass out or become extremely heat fatigued during hot weather.”
