“The contact owns a 2006 Kia RIO. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the vehicle suddenly stalled. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who stated that the battery needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired but the failure recurred. The manufacturer was contacted about the failure. The failure mileage was 94,304.”
