“The contact owns a 2002 Kia Sedona Ex. Every time the contact drives the vehicle, he would experience binding in the steering. The vehicle was driven to the mechanic and they replaced the steering universal joint. Currently, the vehicle is driving properly. The VIN was unknown. The current mileage was 79,000 and failure mileage was 70,000.”

The dealer diagnosed the steering intermediate shaft to be the failure. The current and failure mileage were 65000.”

The vehicle was turned to the right and the steering wheel kept spinning. The contact pulled the vehicle over and it was towed to an auto body shop. A mechanic diagnosed the failure as the steering and rack. In addition, the bearings failed. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer from where it was purchased and they stated that the steering failed again. The vehicle was temporarily repaired to where the vehicle could be driven, but has not been repaired completely. …”
