“My wife was driving our 2000 Kia Spectra when the clam shell (steering column cover) came apart while she was making a turn. The top piece pull a wire loose causing the air bag indicator to come on, and it also prevented her from completing the turn that she was trying to make. She eventually had to come to an abrupt stop in the middle of the street. …”
