“The contact owns a 2021 Kia Telluride. The contact stated while the vehicle was parked, the infotainment center displayed a blank screen. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or the dealer. The dealer was made aware of the failure. In addition, the contact was informed that the repair was not covered under recall or warranty. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 66,000.”
