425 technical service bulletins (TSBs) are on record for the 2016 Land Rover Discovery. TSBs are notes manufacturers send to dealers about repair procedures for issues seen in the field. They are not recalls and do not by themselves mean a vehicle has a fault.

SITUATION: An issue has been identified on a limited number of vehicles within the listed Affected Vehicle Range which may have been manufactured away from process and in some cases the Personal Subscriber Identity Module (PSIM) card Integrated Circuit Card Identifier (ICCID) number has not been recorded in line with the correct process.

The complaint is most noticeable when vehicles are initially driven from cold start in cold ambient temperatures and the noise generally dissipates when the brakes have warmed up.

The areas around the stitching and spokes, or the lower half of the steering wheel, may appear cooler than the rest of the wheel. The heated steering wheel is otherwise operating correctly, and no DTCs are stored.
