“The contact owns a 2010 Lexus LS460L. While driving approximately 5 MPH, the contact made a u-turn and the steering wheel became stuck. The dealer was unable to duplicate the failure. The manufacture was notified who offered no assistance. The vehicle was not repaired. The current mileage was approximately 1100. The failure mileage was approximately 400.
