“The side wall on rear driver side tire failed at 3950 miles when tire warning came on my dashboard. The dealership told me that there is no tire warranty. I tried the Lexus customer service. They asked me to upload tire change information since I had already changed my tires at local tire shop. Then the case manager shut down the complaint with the same explanation that factory tires don't carry any warranty.”
